Dear Readers (if there are any),
This is me posting an entry in my corner, after 3 months of absence just after starting this blog. I have been quite busy with work and life, guess I'll just have to give you a brief update about what happened this past 3 months.
I routinely go to the gym around 2-3 times a week, usually joining their Fit Ball class or Body Balance class which is my favorite. Can't really say it really is my favorite because I haven't really got the chance to try out every class. Some weekends in the gym, I still go for the Body Balance class. And quite surprisingly after 3 months of working out and dieting, I've managed to trim down 5 kg since before I joined Gold's Gym which would be exactly 3 months ago.
I could feel change in my stomach, waist, calves, and some butt. But still no significant changes on my hip, upper arm, and thigh (which is my priority). I hope more dieting and working out could help me reach my target body shape and weight. 7 more kg to go!!
As for my personal life, I had some good and bad experience over the past few weeks. I don't know where it's going to lead me, but I hope it all ends well. =D
And so far 21 isn't treating me that good. It proves the older you get, the harder your life becomes. I just have to endure every challenge there is like what Barney Stinson always say, "Challenge accepted!" =P
Posts will keep coming don't worry, and I might just start to add pics into my posts. Since I actually bought my Nikon pocket camera purposely to take pics for my new blog. Haven't put it to good use yet..
